Mint chutney, the benchmark for chutneys

 Ingredients

  • 250gfresh mint leaves
  • 1shallot
  • 1Greek yogurt
  • 1Ancho pepper
  • 1case of brown sugar (or two)
  • 1teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger
  • 1juice of a lime
  • 1pinch of salt

Preparation tips



Grind the mint leaves, shallot, ginger, chili pepper, salt. Add the lemon juice.

Add the Greek yogurt and brown sugar. Mix everything. It's ready!

(Adjust if necessary with yogurt, sugar or mint)
