Ingredients
- 250gfresh mint leaves
- 1shallot
- 1Greek yogurt
- 1Ancho pepper
- 1case of brown sugar (or two)
- 1teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger
- 1juice of a lime
- 1pinch of salt
Preparation tips
Grind the mint leaves, shallot, ginger, chili pepper, salt. Add the lemon juice.
Add the Greek yogurt and brown sugar. Mix everything. It's ready!
